How do I track my order?
Customers will receive an order tracking number link in their email as soon as their order is shipped.
What are your delivery options?
Print on demand items are shipped by Printful. One of a kind upcycled items are shipped via USPS. Contact us at unhingedheather@gmail.com if you want special delivery options.
How do I return an item?

Do you provide International delivery?
International delivery is available for print on demand items.
What is your returns policy?
Since these products are not created until we receive your order, Unhinged Heather cannot accept returns. However, if an item arrives damaged, we can reimburse your purchase if the return is initiated within 15 days of original purchase. In order to do this, we must receive photos of the damaged item via email. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. We encourage you to contact us at unhingedheather@gmail.com before initiating the return.
