How do I track my order?
Customers will receive an order tracking number link in their email as soon as their order is shipped.
What are your delivery options?
Print on demand items are shipped by Printful. One of a kind upcycled items are shipped via USPS. Contact us at unhingedheather@gmail.com if you want special delivery options.
How do I return an item?

Do you provide International delivery?
International delivery is available for print on demand items.
What is your returns policy?
Unhinged Heather accepts returns of unworn, unwashed items within 15 days of original purchase. We do not accept returns of sale items. Items received after 15 days will be reimbursed via store credit. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. We encourage you to contact us at unhingedheather@gmail.com before initiating the return.
